Ticket sales carry a 5% platform fee, added on top of the ticket price. Your union receives the full face value.
Free events have no fee. There are no per-seat fees, no overage charges, no API limits.

Common questions
Do I need a Stripe account?
Only if you want to sell tickets. Stripe Connect onboarding takes about 10 minutes.
Can we switch tiers mid-year?
Yes. TwinCurrent adjusts your billing at the start of the next billing period.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You get a full data export (GDPR Article 20) within 30 days. Your data is deleted 30 days after that.
