Acceptance of terms
By using Unios you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Who can use Unios
Unios is available to registered student unions at universities and higher education institutions. Use of the platform requires a valid tenant agreement with TwinCurrent ApS.
Acceptable use
You may not use Unios to publish unlawful content, harass other users, or circumvent access controls. Tenant administrators are responsible for the conduct of their members on the platform.
Payments and fees
Ticket purchases are processed by Stripe. A 5% platform fee is charged per transaction. Refunds are governed by the event organiser's cancellation policy, subject to Stripe's terms.
Intellectual property
Content you upload to Unios (documents, magazine articles, photos) remains your property. You grant TwinCurrent a limited licence to store and display it as part of providing the service.
Limitation of liability
Unios is provided "as is". TwinCurrent is not liable for loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by Danish law.
Termination
Either party may terminate the tenant agreement with 30 days' notice. TwinCurrent may suspend access immediately for material breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
