Who we are
Unios is operated by TwinCurrent ApS, a Danish company (CVR: [pending]). We are the data controller for information processed through the Unios platform.

What we collect
Account data: Name, email address, password hash, and profile information provided during registration.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, events attended, and tickets purchased — associated with your account.
Contact form: Name, email, union name, and message content when you contact us.
What we do not collect: We use cookieless, privacy-first analytics. No third-party trackers, no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve the Unios platform, send transactional emails (receipts, event confirmations), and comply with legal obligations.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Financial records (ticket purchases) are kept for 5 years per Danish accounting law. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@unios.dk to exercise these rights.
Where your data lives
All data is stored in the EU (Railway Frankfurt / Cloudflare R2 EU jurisdiction). We do not transfer data outside the EU.
